Proficient in developing sales & marketing strategies building & leading teams, navigating regulatory landscapes & optimizing the value chain to unlock growth.

VALENTINA ELSAYED
MANAGING PARTNER & COO

As the COO at IRC, Valentina is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies by analysing the market, establishing government relationships, contracting with investors, and maximising opportunities with potential partners and clients. As the driving force behind the business operations, Valentina has also established working practices that promote the company culture and vision. Valentina developed a successful career within journalism and PR, highly educated with a BA in Communications and a finance-focused MBA. Enhanced by her multi-lingual French, Italian, Greek and English skills.
Valentina established an in-depth understanding of the nuances within international politics and economic climates. Following her strategic career move to Dubai in 2016, Valentina continued building her extensive international network, cultivating successful relationships with stakeholders, high-net-worth clients and Government authorities. This, coupled with her work on investment projects where she advised clients on corporate and real estate investment opportunities, makes Valentina ideally situated to enhance and develop the Citizenship business.
