INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS

There are two investment requirements which serve as a qualifier for the Cypriot citizenship-by-investment programme.

REQUIREMENT 1

DONATION

A donation of EUR 200,000 (EUR 100,000 to the Research and Innovation Foundation and EUR 100,000 to the Cyprus Land Development Corporation).

Government processing and due diligence fees apply.

REQUIREMENT 2

REAL ESTATE

A property in the Republic of Cyprus, with a minimum purchase price of EUR 2,000,000.

Asset ownership must be maintained for 5 years.
