INVESTMENT OPTIONS

There are two different investment options which serve as a qualifier for the
Dominica citizenship-by-investment programme.

OPTION 1

ECONOMIC DIVERSIFICATION FUND (EDF) CONTRIBUTION

  • Main applicant: USD 100,000.
  • Main applicant and spouse: USD 150,000.
  • Main applicant, spouse and 1 qualifying dependant  USD 175,000.
  • Dependents 18> years: USD 50,000.
  • Dependents <18 years: USD 25,000

Government processing and due diligence fees apply.

OPTION 2

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT

  • Minimum investment in an approved real estate project: USD 200,000.
